Our Hatch Chile jerky is made fresh using thick, whole muscle premium bison that contains no antibiotics or added hormones. It is then seasoned with our unique blend of hatch chile spices, slowly cooked and dried. This leaves our jerky with a “soft bite” that is tender and full of flavor. Our jerky is high in protein, low in calories and fat (contains zero trans or saturated fat), nitrate free, msg free.
